We are Kristina Mira and Hanú.

Loving, devoted, not-take-ourselves-too-seriously couple and parents. We are forever students of life, nature and true Self.

Our paths have been quite different, yet found each other while in a similar season.

Hanú had been on a deep journey through the jungles of South America, learning the wisdom of traditional cultures and weaving them into his being. Medicine work, Ceremonies, Ashram living, solo adventures and Spiritual initiations all eventually led him back to his hometown of Ottawa, Ontario, where he continued offering his Medicine of Cacao and the Tobacco Spirit in different circles and ceremonies.

Meanwhile, Kristina moved to Ottawa from just outside of Toronto, ON and was navigating life and a deeper calling all while mothering 3 young boys. She found herself deep in Medicine work, Ceremonies, Herbalism, Shamanic trainings, Spiritual initiations, and countless Cosmic experiences. Abilities developed, healing occurred, and she committed to walking a path of devotion to Spirit. She was guided to share teachings through online courses, 1:1 coaching, energy healing, and group ceremonies… and coached her son’s soccer team on Wednesdays!

It was in one of those offered Ceremonies, that Hanú would be guided to attend, and everything would change.
