We are a School of Remembering- A modern day mystery school located south of Ottawa in Edwards, Ontario, Canada offering both online and in person courses, retreats, workshops and ceremonies that aim to guide you back into the seat of your own Spirit- Your empowered, intuitive, natural state.

The Acorn Revolution
Join Kristina Mira and Hanú (of hanuhape.com) for an afternoon of healing, transformation, and community integration.
Cacao and Hapé are two beautiful plants and medicines that connect us to our heart and help us to remove blocks from the mind, emotions and physical body. In our held space we will sip the cacao and be guided to go deeper into ourselves. You may also receive Hapé specifically chosen for you, and then sit back and listen to all that arises within and the music that is played without.

Sound Healing + Activation

Sound is an ancient modality of healing. Sound waves can move through matter, breaking down “stuck” energies, stress, fatigue, anger, and even physical pain and illness.
This unique experience combines various forms of energetic healing to support the group both as individuals and as a collective.
Channelled Shamanic Sound and Healing Activations mean that whatever comes through is meant specifically to those registered, and it's different every time. You may hear different voices, sounds and messages… they are all healing frequencies for healing and support. Along with singing, messages and teachings are often relayed to the group.

Energy Healing

Energy is at the core of it all. By tapping into the current that flows through everything, we can untie knots, clear blockages, make space, and allow the flow to return. It is the flow of your energy, your own prana (life force) that heals. Sometimes, it just needs a little assistance. That’s where we come in.
Using plants, using the elements, sound, and beings that are present, we can often uncover the root of issues or relay messages to help you shift. Whether it be physically, mentally, or spiritually, it is all connected. When one area thrives, the others follow.
This is a unique offering, and one that cannot be booked without connection first.

Life Alignment Coaching

Because sometimes you need an outsider to see you.
Kristina has a gift. She can hold a space of compassion while reminding who you truly are and pointing out those patterns/blocks that you have believed yourself to be.
